WHO IS BUTTER CHICKEN COMPANY?
The magnificent journey of the Butter Chicken Company begins in the late 2000s, before the pandemic, with a view to take Indian curries to a national franchise level, and then borned the concept of selling popular Indian dishes to Washingtonians, including Butter Chicken, Tikka masala (Halal chicken), and Saag Paneer. So were born our iconic platters of Butter Chicken with Basmati rice, Mango Lassis, and crave-worthy sauces.
Outside of the Washington, DC, area, our fan base has expanded quickly in recent years to include a much broader audience and a more diverse set of Americans eager to explore the innovative and exotic tastes, textures, and flavors of Indian spices.
BCC does not require an expensive kitchen or an expensive chef; the exotic food is cooked in the household kitchen using home-blended Indian spices with limited items, limited labor, and low start-up costs, which obviously has a low risk but high-profit margin, which is why it a fantastic option to include in your franchise portfolio.
Our store opens at 11.30 a.m. and serves customers in long lines that stretch along the next two blocks. The consistent, enthusiastic demand for our fresh, delectable food and pleasant hospitality justified our expansion to bring authentic Indian cuisine to a bigger audience, allowing us to be pioneers and leaders of a new, growing category in the restaurant industry: Butter Chicken Company!
